 RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND OF FEES

Client may cancel this Agreement without any penalty or obligation within three (3) calendar days from the date of execution of this Agreement by submitting attached Notice of Cancellation form to TRN by either registered mail or email.

Should Client cancel this Agreement after the allowable three (3) days as described in Section 7.1, TRN will work with Client to arrive at a mutually satisfactory refund if applicable. All refund claims must be made within 30 days following termination or completion in writing with TRN.

Any refunds will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of TRN’s management because it cannot be guaranteed that work has not commenced on the client file before the request for a refund has been made.
